Nicholaos Tollas - Managing Director

Nicholaos (Nick) has worked in the investigation, debt collection and Security industry for over 15 years and is very highly respected within the Industry.

Nicholaos started his career in the industry as a collection officer for many different firms. In 1996 Nick moved into the Industry of collection and investigation by working for a Mercantile Agency, there he became the Manager of a division within the Agents.

In December 1999 Nicholaos Tollas started up N.S. Group Pty Ltd. In 2006 Nicholaos Tollas decided to change the name to National Collection & Investigation Services Pty Ltd as the company had started to grow.

Nicholaos Tollas holds many Certificates.

• Certificate III in Financial Services
• Certificate III in Investigation Services
• Certificate IV in Government (fraud control)
• Certificate IV in Government (Investigation)

Sofia Tollas – Manager

Sofia has worked in the investigation, debt collection for over 10 years and is very higly respected within the Industry.

Sofia started her career in 1999 when she started to work with N.S. Group Pty Ltd. She comes from a banking background and is in charge of the day to day running of the business and works closely with the management team.
